Terms of Use

PickleWise is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which governs your use of the app. These terms add details specific to PickleWise. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins.

PickleWise Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, available yearly ($39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial) or monthly ($7.99 per month). These are US prices; prices vary by country and are always shown in the App Store before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com; we can’t issue refunds directly.
• With Family Sharing, a Pro subscription can be shared with members of your Apple family group.

PickleWise teaches the rules and ideas of pickleball and includes a game. It is not medical, fitness or coaching advice, and we make no promise about your results on a real court. Pickleball is a physical sport: warm up, play within your limits, stay hydrated, and check with a doctor if you have a health condition.

In Swing mode you move your iPhone like a paddle. Hold it firmly, make sure there are no people, pets or objects within reach, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. You are responsible for your phone and your surroundings.

Court listings come from Apple Maps and may be incomplete or out of date. Check opening hours, access rules and conditions before you go.

Please don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law. PickleWise, Dink, Eggy and the other characters, artwork and content in the app belong to C6 Labs LLC.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, C6 Labs LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for injuries or damage resulting from physical activity, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for PickleWise Pro in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived. We may update these terms; when we do, the date above changes.
