Privacy Policy
Effective 3 October 2026PickleWise is an iPhone app made by C6 Labs LLC. It is built to work without knowing who you are: there is no account to create, and we run no servers that receive your data.
The short version
No account. No analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your progress stays on your iPhone. We don’t collect, sell or share personal information.
Your progress stays on your device
Your XP, streaks, completed lessons, game logs, scorekeeper games and settings are stored only on your iPhone. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app, or resetting your progress in the app’s Me tab, removes them.
Location and the Courts tab
PickleWise asks for your location only when you open the Courts tab, and uses it only to search for pickleball courts near you with Apple Maps. That search goes to Apple and is handled under Apple’s privacy policy. PickleWise doesn’t store your location or send it anywhere else. If you decline location access, you can still search for courts by typing a city.
When you check in at a court, the check-in is recorded on your iPhone only, to award your XP.
Motion sensors (Swing mode)
Swing mode reads your iPhone’s motion sensors so you can swing the phone like a paddle. Motion data is processed on your device while you play and is never stored or sent anywhere.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, PickleWise’s reminders are local notifications scheduled locally on your iPhone. No push notification server is involved, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings.
Purchases
PickleWise Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment, and we never see your payment details, name or Apple ID. Your Pro status is checked on your iPhone with Apple’s StoreKit.
Analytics, ads and tracking
The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking code, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. If your iPhone is set to share crash reports with app developers (an Apple setting you control), Apple may pass us anonymous technical crash logs.
This website uses no analytics or cookies and is also covered by the C6 Labs privacy policy.
Children
PickleWise is not directed to children under 13, and we knowingly collect no personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Wherever you live, including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK under the GDPR, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it. For PickleWise the answer is none, apart from any messages you send us through our contact form. To make a request, use the contact form.
